This process requires an effective communication and a happy agreement with the student. This is the first step before teaching, which determines whether the follow-up courses will be more effective and will also reflect a teacher's professional and responsible attitude. However, this teaching plan is not the fixed in the long-term learning process. we need to adjust it according to the actual situation. During the course hour, a general goal is to encourage students to speak more, and let them know not be afraid of being wrong, so as to maintain their enthusiasm and motivation for learning a language.
