I pay attention to the small details throughout the lesson and stop at every point that I feel the student needs to understand in more depth. I also take care of everything the student needs and strive to strengthen all his language skills. I rely a lot on the exercises that I make myself and I speak slowly, using my student's mother tongue during the lesson, so that the students understand all the information while reading it in the note boxes that I color in a dark red color, so that it remains in the student's mind.

Q1：応募条件はありますか？アルバイトや副業も可能ですか？
語学の講師経験があれば、どなたでも申し込めます。 授業時間は自由に設定できるので、本業の空き時間を有効活用し、副業収入獲得が見込めます。
Q2：教材を用意する必要はありますか？
生徒によってレベルや学習の要望が異なるので、教材は講師が自ら用意する必要があります。生徒ごとにカスタマイズされた教材が最適なため、AmazingTalkerでは特定教材を提供しておりません。
Q3：レッスン費用はどのように決めたら良いですか？
講師はご自身の経験と授業の準備に必要なコストをもとに価格を決めることができます。一般的には25分のレッスンが6-10 USドル、50分のレッスンが15-28 USドルになります。
Q4：レッスンのキャンセル規定は？
生徒はレッスン開始の24時間前まで予約が可能です。講師（もしくは生徒）が予約を取り消す場合は、レッスン開始の12時間前までにキャンセル依頼を行い、生徒（もしくは講師）と新しいレッスン時間をご相談ください。
Q5：レッスン費用の受取方法は？
1レッスンが完了するごとに収入が加算されていきます。毎月2日に前月の総収入を計算し支払いを行います。受取はPaypal、Transferwise、Payoneerのいずれかで可能です。
Q6：利用手数料は発生しますか？
審査を通過し、講師になると個人ページが公開され、生徒の募集ができるようになります。他にも講師の一覧やソーシャルメディア広告への掲載など生徒募集のための支援は無料で行っております。
AmazingTalkerではコミッション制度を採用しており、講師の収入に応じて0-30％の手数料を頂いております。月の収入が増えれば増えるほど、手数料の割合は低くなり、最低の手数料は0円になります。詳細は『よくある質問』を参照してください。
