My son has really enjoyed the lessons and found Wendy to be an engaging teacher. She uses interactive games and activities to teach vocabulary and characters, which has helped keep my son motivated. I've seen noticeable improvement in my son's Chinese ability over the past few weeks. He is more confident communicating basic greetings, asking questions and using simple sentences. His character writing has come a long way as well. Wendy tailors each lesson to my son's level and makes learning fun. She is very patient and helpful.

Today we reviewed a song from a previous class. I remembered many words, but Dr. Ting helped me with some words I forgot. Then, she introduced a new song. It was a very catchy song, so that will help me to remember the new vocabulary. It was challenging for me to remember all the new words but Dr. Ting is super patient, she went back to help me study the new words and had different activities with pictures to help practice. She also prepared some listening activities so I can start building my listening skills. Xièxiè lǎoshī!

I enjoyed the trial lesson. I have some very basic knowledge of Mandarin but teacher Laura helped to assess my level. Teacher Laura gave me words to form my own sentences. When I got something wrong she clearly explained the meaning of the word and how it can be used and much more. I signed up for more lessons!

I recently started to have classes with Wen. As a beginner I thought that learning Chinese is hard but she made it very easy for me. She is very friendly and outgoing, helping you out when you need it. She gives enough time for you to speak and practice, as well as teaching you really on-point topics. The materials she provided also proved good use to me. Cannot wait to have more classes!

Wen is literally one of the best Chinese teachers I have ever had. Although we have only had 2 lessons, she is super nice and every class is really fun. We also talk about my personal goals outside of language learning, and Wen is helping me to find a Chinese institute to attend in China. She also has it so that if I ever need help with Chinese, that I can always text her. If you want a teacher who is really nice, truly listens to the needs of her students, and will help you grow in and out of the classroom, pick Wen. You literally won't regret it. ^^
