Who is Taku?
I was born and raised in Ehime prefecture, Japan. I have been teaching Japanese for a couple of years + over 4000 online sons. I have taught students from all over the world (over 15+ countries).
I became interested in languages when I was little. I am fluent in Japanese and English. I graduated with a major in English and experienced living in the UK, the Philippines and Spain.
I worked as a student advisor in Osaka language school, where I had the opportunity to interact with many students from different backgrounds and deeply understand how to find the best learning journey for them and guide them to overcome their frustration. Therefore, I became a Japanese teacher here to keep helping new students to immerse themselves into my amazing culture.
As a language enthusiast, I am in constant development and self improvement to make sure that my students are getting the best Japanese education for them!

I sincerely appreciate that せんせい is flexible in allowing for unexpected learning opportunities to arise (usually in response to a conversational sentence) and is eager to help me expand my vocabulary, understanding of grammar or an aspect of culture. Igor Deoli3월 27, 2024たくせんせい is amazing. Yesterday I had my second class with him and I feel like I'm already learning a lot. I had the opportunity to talk to a Japanese waiter recently and used some phrases that Taku Sensei taught me. She was very pleased and enthusiastic about it. And so was I. My current goal is to be able to go to Japan and exchange a few phrases with natives. After that, I am considering taking the proficiency test. I also had the opportunity to learn more after the class when he contacted me to see how I was doing.
